Mr. Osis has 8 years of experience in investment banking, where he specifically focused on mergers and acquisitions and large-scale financings. He was formerly a Vice President, Global Banking with RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Canada's largest investment banking firm.

Mr. Lougheed is a 29-year business veteran, with operational management experience in information and communications technology companies. He has led five separate technology businesses through profitable growth and brings deep experience on private and public company boards.

Mr. Bentham is a lawyer specializing in financing and commercial transactions. Most recently, he was the Director of Corporate Development for Pinnacle Private Capital Corporation. He has also worked with the law firms McLennan Ross LLP and was a partner with the law firm of Dean Duckett Amelio.

Mr. Chen has over 10 years of experience in advising emerging and growth oriented companies on legal, corporate finance and securities matters. He is currently a senior associate in the securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisition practice with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, a national law firm with offices across Canada. Mr. Chen is a current and past director and officer of a number of private and public companies.

Dr. Goebel is currently President and CEO of iCORE (Alberta Informatics Circle of Research Excellence) and professor of Computing Science at the University of Alberta. His research into intelligent systems spans the past 33 years. Dr. Goebel has held appointments at the University of Waterloo, University of Tokyo, Multimedia University (Malaysia), and has had research collaborations with DFKI (German Research Centre for AI), NICTA (National ICT Australia), RWC (Real World Computing project, Japan), ICOT (Institute for New Generation Computing, Japan), NII (National Informatics Institute, Tokyo), and is actively involved in academic and industrial collaborative research projects in Canada, Australia, Europe, China and Malaysia.

Mr. Igelman joined the Multiplied Media executive team and Board of Directors following the February 16th, 2010 acquisition of Unomobi Incorporated. Mr. Igelman founded Unomobi in 2006 and served as the CEO until the finalization of the acquisition. A graduate of Toronto's Osgoode Hall Law School, Mr. Igelman has operated a successful private law practice, served as a business development consultant for numerous technology companies, and established a number of other successful ventures including founding and serving as CEO of Portfolios.com, a leading B2B site for creative professionals.

As former President of Global Business Development for World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. (WWE), Mr. DeMarco played an instrumental role in WWE’s evolution in Canada and worldwide. Through innovative marketing and presentation, Mr. DeMarco was able to expand the consumer base of the WWE in established markets and successfully break into new markets. Mr. DeMarco complements his WWE experience with success in many other arenas, such as live events, TV programming, merchandising, licensing, sponsorship sales, new media, and pay-per-view programming. He also brings vast experience in global marketing and business development through the WWE and numerous philanthropic activities.
